La Condesa Ranch

The ranch is comprised of diverse terrain and consequently diverse South Texas whitetail habitat, ranging from the bottom lands of San Miguel Creek & Calf Creek to sandy loam flats to flint rock and gravel hills.  It is a beautiful piece of God’s creation, and is home to some incredible South Texas wildlife.

The ranch has been under the Texas Parks & Wildlife MLDP Level 3/Conservation Management plan for over fourteen years and we are seeing some good results with the improved genetics that were introduced.
In addition to whitetail deer, but depending on availability, other hunting opportunities may include turkey, quail, dove, javelinas and feral hogs.
